QUALITY ASSURANCE     3.1. Manufacturers Qualifications:       (a) Published performance specifications shall be provided by manufacturer.       (b) Have appointed an authorized applicator. 4. SUBMITTALS     4.1. Product Data: The manufacturer shall certify that the ceramic material to be furnished will           have a minimum rated performance capacity as listed.     4.2 A sample of the ceramic coating material shall be submitted with test data.
